Todd Hamblin, owner of Global Aerospace Design Corp., Named to the NSBA Leadership Council

Todd Hamblin, owner of Global Aerospace Design Corp. (Global) was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. The NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization, operating on a non-partisan basis. As a recognized leader in the small-business community, Hamblin joins the council as they work to promote the interests of small business to DC policymakers.
“As a small business owner, I regularly see the importance of active involvement in policymaking,” stated Hamblin. “Joining the Leadership Council enables me to take our collective small-business message to the people that need to hear it.”
With a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, a master’s degree in Business Administration, and 25 years of aviation experience, Hamblin utilized his skills to grow a company of his own. In 2012, he helped create Global to provide efficient aircraft engineering and certification services anywhere in the world. Leveraging his current position, he strives to support other entrepreneurs and lead governmental change for small businesses.
Mr. Hamblin joined the NSBA Leadership Council as a part of his efforts to tackle critical issues facing small businesses. Issues such as tax reform, regulatory restraint, health care costs, and their access to capital. The Council focuses on providing valuable networking opportunities and ensures advocates a seat at the table as regulators take up key small-business proposals.
